Our commitment
We want you to shop with confidence. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the ACL.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or not fit for its stated purpose, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances and whether the issue is major or minor, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the ACL.

• your order number;
• a description of the issue; and
• clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label where relevant.
Please do not return an item before receiving return instructions from us.
Change of mind or incorrect size
Change-of-mind and incorrect-size returns are not automatically covered by the ACL. Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm whether an exchange or store credit is available.
Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping and any replacement shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Personalised items
Personalised or customised items cannot normally be returned for change of mind. This exclusion does not apply when the item fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL.
Proof of purchase
We may ask for your order confirmation, receipt, payment record or another reasonable proof of purchase when assessing a request.
Return shipping for faulty products
If an item is confirmed to have a problem covered by the ACL, we will meet our obligations regarding reasonable return costs as required by law. Please contact us before arranging postage.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval may depend on your bank or payment provider.
